His real name is Kim Joon Myeon, he had a dream to become a singer at young age. He recruit by SM when he was in intermediate, at that time he went to a charity event , beside the charity event there was also singing and dancing contest, when he was watching that contest  a person from SM company gave him a card and asked him to join SM audition. From there he began to practice hard and he was trained for almost 7 years.  Before he debut with exo he was appeared in DBSK’s MV “Haha Song” with two members EXO Kai and chanyeol.

The other members made a nickname for him and it’s “jumahao”.

Suho name is adopted from korean word means “guardian”.

He’s dormmate is The maknae Sehun.
